As part of the annual Eastside Culture Crawl’s multi-venue, salon-style curated preview exhibition, slow new wave will be exhibited at Strange Fellows Gallery in Vancouver, BC from October 24 to November 19.
The show’s theme is Out of Control and was juried by Paul de Guzman, Eri Ishii, and Hugh Kearney.
I am glad to be showing slow new wave again after it was last in the world in 2022 as a public art billboard! It will be showing this time around without text which is a nice change, giving the figures — my then 2-year old son and I — some breathing room to stand alone.
